We understand transitioning to middle school is a big change and an important step in students’ academic career. That’s why we are excited to offer our incoming 6th grade students an opportunity to “jump start” their middle school experience. Open to all incoming 6th graders, this program will help them to better understand what it means to be a middle school student and to feel prepared.

That’s why we’re excited to offer our incoming kindergarten students an opportunity to “jump start” their elementary experience.

At San Angelo ISD, we are excited to begin growing hopes and dreams with our future pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students! During the week of May 5-9, 2025, SAISD elementary schools across the district will open their doors to welcome the families of incoming pre-k and kindergarten students to get to know their future elementary schools and receive assistance with the online enrollment process for the 2025-2026 school year. 

San Angelo Independent School District is committed to fostering student growth and readiness through a diverse array of summer programs designed to support learners at every stage. These initiatives include academic enrichment and transitional support to help students stay engaged and prepared for the upcoming school year.

San Angelo ISD will be hosting two Enrollment Support Events in May to assist families with the registration and enrollment process for the upcoming school year. The enrollment support events will take place in the SAISD Administration Building (1621 University Ave.)
